Overview

The school fees are typically stated at the beginning of the admissions process for each academic year. This includes the registration fee, tuition fee, educational resources fee, school uniform costs, bus fees, lunch, and extracurricular activities.

Registration Fee

The registration fee is a one-time, non-refundable payment and is due before a child is accepted for enrollment. This fee secures a spot for your child and helps us process the necessary administrative tasks associated with enrollment.

Tuition Fee

The School Head will inform parents of the current tuition rates when a child is enrolled. Tuition fees should be paid in advance and are due before the first day of school for each term. No cash payments, please.

Payments should be made directly to the School’s account at the designated bank. Bank pay-in slips will be provided for this purpose. Copies of the pay-in slips with the child’s name should be deposited with the School’s Accountant to issue receipts. Late payments may incur additional fees, so please ensure payments are made on time.

Educational Resources Fee

This fee contributes to the cost of educational materials and resources necessary for effective learning, including textbooks, stationery, and access to online educational platforms. The fee is reviewed annually to ensure that it meets the needs of the curriculum.

Additional Fees

In addition to the tuition and registration fees, there may be additional costs associated with extracurricular activities, school trips, and special events. Parents will be notified in advance about these costs to plan accordingly.

Important Notes

• The School does not refund fees once payment has been made for any reason.
• There is no reduction in tuition for absence from school, as the cost of maintaining a child in school continues even when the child is absent.
• Please note that those who have not paid the due fees by the second week of the term after resumption will not be allowed in school until such fees are paid.
• Parents are encouraged to participate in school meetings and activities to stay informed about their child’s progress and the school’s plans.

Tutor Fees

In addition to regular school fees, Adinoheight offers tutoring services to support students who may require extra help in specific subjects. Tutor fees are charged separately and vary based on the subject and duration of the sessions. These sessions are designed to provide personalized attention and enhance the overall academic performance of students.

Tutors are highly qualified and experienced in their respective fields. Parents can enroll their children in tutoring sessions at any time during the academic year, and scheduling is flexible to accommodate students’ needs.
